ProBag respects the privacy of its website visitors and customers and works to protect the personal information provided through the site. Using the site and making a purchase constitute agreement to this Privacy Policy.

1. What information we collect

• Details you give us: name, email address, phone number and shipping address, when you place an order, create an account, contact us or join our mailing list.

• Order details: the products purchased, the transaction amount and the shipping status. Your credit card details are not stored on the site; they are entered and processed with the payment provider.

• Browsing information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and length of visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

• Content you choose to share: product reviews and messages sent to us. A review approved for publication is shown on the site with the name you provided only.

2. How we use your information

• To process and deliver orders, including billing, shipping and order status updates.

• To provide customer service and respond to enquiries.

• To invite you to rate your purchase after you receive it.

• To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

The site is encrypted with SSL and we take reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed, and transmitting information over the internet carries some risk.

6. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including accounting, tax and legal requirements, and then delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time, free of charge.

8. Minors

The site is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Browsing and purchasing on the ProBag site are subject to these terms. Using the site constitutes agreement to them.

1. Site operator

2. General

These terms are a binding agreement between you and ProBag. Wording in the masculine form is for convenience only and includes all genders. We may update these terms from time to time, and the updated version will be published on this page.

3. Using the site

The site is intended for personal, non-commercial use by people aged 18 and over. You may not harm the site's integrity, disrupt its operation or copy its content.

4. Orders and payment

An order is complete only after the payment processor confirms full payment. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, shipping fees, promotions and product availability at any time without prior notice. A change does not apply to an order that has already been completed.

5. Stock and availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item you ordered runs out before your order ships, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

6. Products

Product images are for illustration only, and slight differences in shade may occur between the actual product and what is shown on the site. Information on the site (descriptions, specifications and recommendations) is not professional advice. Choosing a product that suits your needs is your responsibility.

7. Promotions and coupons

Promotions and items offered for a limited time (such as an included pump) are subject to the terms of the promotion and to stock, and may end without prior notice. A personal coupon code can be used once only.

8. Shipping, cancellation, returns, warranty and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Warranty & Service policy and Privacy Policy form an integral part of these terms.

9. Reviews

Only a customer who purchased a product can review it, and every review is checked by us before it is published. We may reject or remove a review, and by submitting one you allow us to publish it on the site. Do not submit content that is offensive, misleading or not your own.

10. Liability

We aim for our products to be in working order and accurately described, and nothing here affects your rights under law. To the extent the law permits, ProBag and anyone acting on its behalf are not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the product or the site, and any liability we may have is limited to the price actually paid for the product.

11. Intellectual property

All rights in the site's content (text, designs, logos, images and videos) belong to ProBag. They may not be copied, marketed or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only to those who agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law only, and the competent court in Israel has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

1. Delivery times

We ship by courier throughout Israel. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days for central areas, and up to 7 business days for outlying areas, from the time the product is dispatched. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays. Delays may occur in remote areas or in exceptional cases.

At this time we do not ship to Eilat, the Arava region or the far north.

2. Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of ₪300 or more. Below that amount, a flat shipping fee of ₪50 applies. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery

The parcel is delivered to the address entered in the order. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the details provided are correct and accurate. If delivery fails because of wrong details or the customer's absence, a charge for a repeat delivery attempt may apply.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking details, where available.

5. Delays and damage

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, logistics faults or events beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery time, you may cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged or wrong, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with your order number and photos, and we will handle it with the courier. For a replacement or refund, see our Returns Policy.

6. Changing your address

To change your address or delivery details, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships: support@probag.net or WhatsApp.

1. Cancelling an order before it ships

You can cancel an order free of charge until the time it ships. To cancel, contact us in writing: support@probag.net or WhatsApp. The money will be refunded in full to the payment method used for the purchase.

2. Cancelling a transaction after receiving the product

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been used and its original packaging is intact.

• To cancel, contact us with your order number: support@probag.net or WhatsApp, and we will explain how to return the product.

• For a cancellation that is not due to a defect or a mistake on our part, return shipping is at the customer's expense, and a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be charged.

• For a defect or a mistake on our part, we bear the cost of collection and there is no cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

A refund will be issued within 14 days of the returned product reaching us, to the payment method used for the purchase.

4. Defective product or wrong item

If you received a defective product or one that differs from your order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with your order number and photos. Your choice: a replacement product at no cost, subject to stock, or a full refund.

5. Products that cannot be returned

A product that has been used, damaged through incorrect use, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return in a cancellation.

6. Your rights under law

Nothing in this policy detracts from your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

ProBag provides a one-year (12-month) warranty against manufacturing defects on all bag models: Core, Glide, Swift and Apex.

1. Warranty period and scope

• The warranty period is one year from the day you actually receive the product.

• The warranty covers the bags and accessories purchased for a fee. It does not cover items given free of charge as a gift, such as a pump included in a promotion.

• The warranty is given to the original purchaser only, subject to proof of purchase (order number or invoice), and is not transferable.

2. What is covered

Manufacturing defects and faults in raw materials that appear under normal use and in accordance with the instructions. For example: seams that come apart, a zipper that breaks or jams, a fault in the built-in lock, compression mechanism or charging port, buckles, handles or straps that break, and separation of fabric layers.

A product that arrived damaged or different from your order is handled under the Returns Policy, and you should contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

3. What is not covered

• Reasonable wear: scratches, scuffs, fading and colour changes from everyday use.

• Incorrect use, overloading, or compressing beyond the recommended capacity of the model.

• Damage caused by airlines, shipping services, hotels or other third parties.

• Intentional damage, negligence, accident, fire, exposure to chemicals or prolonged immersion in water.

• Repair, modification or replacement of parts by anyone other than ProBag or its representatives.

• A product not purchased on the site or from an authorized retailer.

• Loss or theft of the product or its contents.

• Commercial use, rental or lending.

4. How to open a warranty claim

Contact us by email at support@probag.net or on WhatsApp 054-583-1314, and include your order number, a short description of the fault, and photos or a short video showing it. We recommend contacting us within 14 days of discovering the fault, and in any case within the warranty period. We will try to reply within 3 business days and let you know if the product needs to be sent in for inspection.

5. Shipping

For an approved warranty claim, ProBag bears the cost of collecting the product and returning it to you. If the inspection finds the fault is not covered, we will update you before any further action, and you can choose between having the product returned at your expense or having it repaired for a fee, according to a quote given in advance. A return that is not a warranty claim (a cancellation or an exchange) is at the customer's expense, in line with the Returns Policy.

6. The remedy

Order of handling: repair of the product; if repair is not possible or not worthwhile, replacement with the same model and colour; if the model or colour is out of stock, an alternative model of equal value, coordinated with you; and if that is not possible either, a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase. Repair or replacement does not extend the warranty period or start a new one.

7. Handling times

The product will be inspected within 7 business days of reaching us, and handling (repair, replacement or refund) will be completed within 14 business days of it reaching us. If more time is needed, for example to order a part, we will update you in advance and in writing.

8. Your rights under law

The warranty is given voluntarily and is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and does not detract from them. The right to cancel a transaction within 14 days stands separately from the warranty, and is detailed in the Returns Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, ProBag is not liable for indirect damage, including personal injury or property damage, resulting from use of the product not in accordance with the instructions, and its liability is limited to the price actually paid for the product.

ProBag considers equal service for all customers important and works to make the site accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its accessibility regulations.

2. Level of accessibility

The ProBag site is accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard (SI) 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

• Full keyboard navigation and operation, including menus, the cart, information windows, the image gallery and the colour picker, with a clear indicator of the focused element.

• Colour contrast that meets the standard's requirements.
• The ability to pause the video playing in the background of the home page.
